- Native plants to our area
- Best plants for bees, other pollinators
- Organic care/Best practice, a little about riparian planting for erosion control and improved water quality
- Places to buy the plants.

University of Delaware (1981-2009).
In Bolivia, he keeps Africanized bees and teaches beekeeping in Spanish. [En Bolivia, mantiene abejas africanizadas y enseña apicultura en español.] In Oregon, he keeps 5 backyard colonies of European bees. He teaches Bee Short Courses and gives lectures to various bee clubs and state organizations. Over the last 50 years, he has served in numerous leadership roles in the Eastern Apicultural Society (EAS) and is currently the Advisor for EAS Master Beekeeper program.
