The Rockwood Park Backyard Beekeepers are accepting applications for vendors to join us at our 2024 Honey Bee Festival.
This year, our festival will be held at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds. Not only will there be a new and bigger venue, we are also extending the time for this years festival by 2hrs. It will be 10am – 4pm.
Requirements
First and foremost, RPBBA is looking for vendors with similar missions to ours- supporting pollinators and/or nature related.
We are looking for small businesses and local artisans.
Spaces Available & Pricing
- Non-Food Vendor Space, 15′ x 10′: $75
- Food Truck: $100

🐝 Once approved, RPBBA will email an invoice via Square. Payment is required to secure your space at the festival.
🐝 Registration will close once all spaces are taken or May 1st, 2024 whichever comes earlier. No refunds for cancellations after that date. This is a rain or shine event.
🐝 Insurance coverage is a Chesterfield County requirement. All vendors must provide a form of insurance coverage to be uploaded with your application.
Food Truck Vendors: Certificate of Liability Insurance strictly per the linked example AND vehicle insurance is required to be submitted.
Vendors Selling Non-Perishable Items Only: May use the liability coverage of their homeowners insurance policy. Accord form 27 per the linked example required to be submitted.
