The Rockwood Park Backyard Beekeepers are looking to expand our educational offering at our 2023 Honey Bee Festival. Education is an important piece and valuable addition to the Honey Bee Festival. We are inviting Non-Profit organizations with complimentary objectives to RPBBA to set up exhibits at the festival to spread the word.

- Single Vendor Space, 15′ x 10′: FREE, Donation suggested to help cover promotion/Festival expenses

Exhibitor Requirements
🐝 Most importantly, RPBBA is looking for exhibitors that show educational subjects/items related to our mission- supporting beekeeping and bees, pollinators, plants and/or nature related.
🐝 Exhibitors must provide a link to their website or Facebook page showing their mission. In lieu of a link, you may upload a picture of an exhibit setup you’ve done in the past with your application.
🐝 Applications are subject to approval by the festival committee to ensure mission compliance and to avoid duplication of items.
🐝 Exhibitors are NOT allowed to sell any products or services or seek any donations during the Festival.
🐝 This is a rain or shine event. Please let us know if you booked a space and cannot make it.
